Bigfoot and the BBW

Warm sunshine washed over me, heating my skin. The tinkling sound of rushing water filled my ears. My canoe glided along the pristine river as a good clip. I wasn’t in a big rush to reach camp, so I only lazily paddled along as I took in the idyllic scenery to either shore.

My friends and family all thought I was crazy to jaunt out into the wilderness solo, but no one volunteered to accompany me either. They all said rustic camping was nuts, and just plain dangerous. I’d been planning this trip for months. I was totally prepared and confident in my abilities, although I knew some people just saw a chubby girl like me and assumed I wouldn’t be up to the challenge.
